Summary

The University of Copenhagen is seeking a postdoctoral researcher for the project “DeceptionWeb: Foundations for Emergent Deception in Human-AI Interaction.” This role will focus on developing a foundational framework for understanding deception in human-AI interactions through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Good written and oral English skills.
  • Relevant work experience and scientific publications.
  • Background in Natural Language Processing, LLM Security, or Explainable AI preferred.
  • Experience in interdisciplinary projects and experimental research is a plus.

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Co-design and run controlled human-AI interaction experiments.
  • Develop computational evaluation infrastructure.
  • Contribute to interpretability-based detection methods.
  • Participate in teaching and supervision at a smaller degree.
