Eligibility/Qualification

  • A PhD degree (max 5 years old) in Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, or related fields.
  • Experience in laboratory work and a strong aptitude for research in electrocatalysis.
  • Preferred skills include:
  • Expertise in electrochemistry and electrocatalysis.
  • Microelectrode measurements in non-aqueous solvents.
  • Knowledge of physical chemistry and chemical analysis of reaction products.

Job Description

The selected candidate will undertake high-impact scientific research in the field of electrocatalysis, focusing on:

  • Conducting experimental research using methodologies such as microelectrode measurements in non-aqueous solvents.
  • Actively participating in departmental teaching and student instruction.
  • Collaborating with computational researchers to achieve interdisciplinary breakthroughs in hydrogen production.
  • Engaging in research visits, including planned trips to the University of Reading, UK.
