Postdoctoral Researcher in Immunology and Cancer: IrsiCaixa is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic postdoctoral researcher to join our group working in Translational Research in Immunology and Cancer. The successful candidate will focus on advancing knowledge of the immune response in bladder cancer and developing innovative strategies to enhance responses to BCG immunotherapy.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead projects focused on elucidating the immune response in bladder cancer patients and developing strategies to improve therapeutic outcomes. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Leading and contributing to high-impact research projects.
  • Writing scientific publications, grants, and reports.
  • Presenting data in laboratory meetings and at symposia.
  • Maintaining close communication with the Principal Investigator (PI).
  • Supervising laboratory students.
  • Coordinating experiments with stakeholders and analyzing data.
  • Exploring novel research avenues and initiating innovative projects in collaboration with an international network.
