Job Description:
The postdoctoral researcher will conduct fieldwork in Cambodia, managing a longitudinal study involving sampling of birds and environmental analysis, as well as sequencing positive samples. Responsibilities include:
- Performing phylodynamic and computational analyses to understand virus evolution and transmission dynamics
- Leading efforts in avian influenza virus surveillance
- Collaborating with leading institutions and stakeholders, including Institut Pasteur du Cambodge and National Animal Health and Production Research Institute
