Eligibility/Qualification
Required Qualifications:
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong publication record in relevant international conferences and journals.
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: control of robotic systems, human-robot interaction, medical robotics, assistive technologies, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Excellent programming skills (e.g., Python, C++).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) or similar robotics frameworks.
- Experience with experimental work and hardware implementation.
- Experience in supervising students.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting independent research in the field of intelligent systems and biomedical robotics.
- Developing and implementing novel algorithms and control strategies for robotic systems.
- Designing and conducting experiments with robotic platforms.
- Publishing research findings in top-tier international conferences and journals.
- Contributing to grant proposals and project acquisition.
- Supervising PhD and Master’s students.
- Participating in teaching activities at the institute.
- Collaborating with national and international research partners.
