Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD thesis in ultrafast optics or accelerator physics with demonstrated lab experience
- Proficiency in wave optics, Fourier analysis, non-linear optics, ultrafast lasers, and X-ray technologies
- Experience in data analysis and basic statistical methods
- Desired skills include programming experience and engineering skills related to optical components and systems
- Fluency in English with strong writing skills for grant applications and scientific publications
Job Description:
- Drive the development of experimental solutions for CPA lasers, emphasizing high pulse energy and ultrafast pulse applications in X-ray generation and ablation experiments
- Explore and implement innovative experimental schemes for compact X-ray plasma sources, pushing technological boundaries
- Apply advanced chemical and spectroscopic methods in the lab to ensure research aligns with the highest scientific standards
- Disseminate research findings through peer-reviewed journals and international conference presentations, establishing leadership in ultrafast optics
