Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in mass spectrometry-based proteomics.
- Extensive experience in sample preparation and hands-on use of modern mass spectrometers and nano/UHPLC systems.
- Proficiency in state-of-the-art proteomic workflows, including MS acquisition methods (e.g., DDA, DIA, PRM) and data analysis software.
- Basic programming skills in R and/or Python.
- Good analytical skills and a strong interest in advancing proteomic methodologies.
- Knowledge of cancer biology is advantageous.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will:
- Conduct proteomic experiments using state-of-the-art mass spectrometry and computational resources.
- Engage actively in both experimental procedures and data analysis, improving advanced methodologies, including single-cell proteomics.
- Work closely within an interdisciplinary team and collaborate with academic and clinical partners in the Collaborative Research Center.
