Job Description:
The postdoctoral researcher will engage in the following activities:
- Conduct sample preparation and analysis of human samples using LC-MS-based metabolomics
- Perform LC-MS data extraction and preprocessing using R
- Integrate diet, microbiome, and metabolomics data with statistical analyses using R
- Collaborate with researchers, technicians, and students associated with the project
- Prepare and disseminate research findings through conference presentations and scientific publications
- Teach courses related to nutrition, microbiome, and metabolomics depending on expertise
- The employment period is 3 years, with an expected start date of April 1, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter.
