Eligibility/Qualification:
- A PhD (awarded no more than three years prior to the application deadline) in Biotechnology, Food Biotechnology, Bioprocessing, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in downstream processing, separation, and protein quality.
- Proven laboratory experience with fermentation-based biomasses, biorefinery technologies, and protein functionality assessments (e.g., spectroscopy, rheology).
- Experience in analyzing chemical compounds using advanced analytical techniques like mass spectrometry.
