Eligibility/Qualification:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Matlab, or Mathematica is a plus.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will focus on an innovative methodology for digital and multiplex microRNA detection using DNA strands, droplet microfluidics, and next-generation sequencing. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting literature reviews and compiling relevant data.
- Planning and executing biochemical experiments, including the assembly of biochemical reaction networks.
- Analyzing experimental data and images.
- Providing regular progress reports.
- Engaging in scientific communication, including writing publications and attending conferences.
The candidate will leverage the Gulliver Laboratory’s expertise in DNA oligonucleotide and enzyme-based molecular programs capable of information processing.
