Postdoctoral Researcher in Multidisciplinary Mathematical Oncology Communication and/or Education

Eligibility/Qualification: To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Hold a current or upcoming non-Swedish PhD diploma.
  • Have been in Sweden for less than 9 months by October 31st, 2024.
  • Have obtained their PhD after October 31st, 2019, and before December 31st, 2024.

Job Description: The selected postdoctoral researcher will work on one of the following themes within the project:

  • Theme 1: Computational tools for multidisciplinary research and education in mathematical oncology.
  • Theme 2: Multidisciplinary communication trends in mathematical oncology research.
  • Theme 3: Mathematical oncology education approaches.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing computational tools or analyzing existing ones.
  • Researching and improving communication in mathematical oncology.
  • Collaborating with international experts and publishing scientific manuscripts.

This position offers a tax-free stipend of 28,000 SEK per month for 24 months, supporting full-time research. Travel costs to Uppsala will be covered if relocating for the position.
