Postdoctoral Researcher in Pathology with a Focus on Cancer Research, Primarily Metastatic Prostate Cancer

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in medical bioscience or related field.
- Strong background in biomedical experimental science with expertise in bioinformatic analysis methods.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team.
- Experience with highly sensitive immunohistochemical methods for biomarker detection in complex samples.
Job Description:
- Conduct independent research on molecular biological mechanisms underlying metastatic prostate cancer, focusing on genetic and epigenetic changes.
- Analyze biobank samples, perform bioinformatics analysis of large-scale data matrices, and evaluate potential treatment strategies in experimental model systems.
- Participate in the supervision of doctoral students and students, seminars, journal clubs, and other research group activities.
- Prepare and publish scientific articles, and present findings at international meetings.
- Potentially contribute to teaching and supervision at undergraduate, advanced, and doctoral levels.
