Eligibility/Qualification

Job Description

The successful candidate will engage in biochemistry assays and protein engineering to predict protein-glycan interactions and develop designer proteins with specific glycan binding capabilities. Responsibilities include:

  • Experimentally culturing and working with various mammalian cell lines.
  • Techniques will involve recombinant protein production, glycan arrays, glycomics, and high-throughput screening.
  • Computationally developing and improving protein-glycan binding prediction models using AI, data science, and bioinformatics.
