Eligibility/Qualification
- Degree: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biology, or a related discipline.
- Strong background in molecular and cellular biology techniques.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Expression and purification of recombinant proteins.
- Conducting quantitative analysis of ligand binding via isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC).
- Evaluating target engagement in live cells using NanoBRET-based assays.
- Assessing protein levels and degradation through Western blotting and luminescence-based methods, including the HiBiT system (Promega).
