Eligibility/Qualification

  • Strong interest in micromechanical systems and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Job Description

The Postdoctoral Researcher will conduct experimental work involving:

  • Design of samples and measurement setups
  • Cleanroom fabrication
  • Cryogenic microwave measurements
  • Data analysis

The researcher will be expected to advise and mentor PhD students while engaging in projects such as:

  1. Gravitational coupling between nonclassical masses: Investigating the gravitational interactions in quantum systems utilizing mechanical oscillators with milligram masses.
  2. Remote connection and strong coupling in coherent electromechanics: Focusing on microwave optomechanical devices to achieve remote entanglement and explore quantum state sharing across electromechanical systems.
