Eligibility/Qualification:
- Required Qualifications:
- PhD in Physics or a related field (must be awarded before employment starts).
- Proficiency in programming with high-level languages like Python or C.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

- Experience in quantum simulation, quantum communication, quantum chemistry, quantum optics, or quantum computing.

Job Description:
The successful candidates will work on developing protocols utilizing giant atoms for either:
- Quantum simulation of open systems, or
- Quantum communication and distributed quantum computing.
This will involve both analytical and numerical research, as well as communication with experimentalists to implement the protocols. The role may also include supervising PhD and master’s students working on related projects. This is a full-time position, initially for two years with a possibility of extension.
