Eligibility/Qualification:
- Recently obtained doctorate degree (maximum 5 years prior to the application deadline) in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
- Experience in multi-step synthesis of conjugated molecules and/or polymers.
- Proficiency in chemical characterization techniques (NMR spectroscopy, chromatography, mass spectrometry).
- Preferred: Expertise in molecular modeling, electrochemistry, optical spectroscopy, or EPR spectroscopy.
- Good knowledge of optoelectronic device applications and related phenomena is advantageous.
- Strong publication history and communication skills in English.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and synthesizing organic semiconductors.
- Conducting chemical characterization, electrochemistry, and optical spectroscopy.
- Developing and pursuing independent research ideas.
- Mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary research teams.
