- Education: PhD in Immunology or a related field
- Experience: Strong background in immunology and RNA biology with excellent experience in fundamental research
- Skills:
- Proficiency in flow-cytometry analysis, cell-sorting, in vitro T cell cultures, and animal experimentation
- Ability to perform various injections, oral gavage, and organ recuperation
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Bioinformatics expertise and international training are advantageous
Job Description:
The successful candidate will investigate the intrinsic functions of MAP3K8 in tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TiLs) and tumor growth. The project involves understanding MAP3K8-mediated translational programs and assessing the clinical relevance of inhibiting the translation machinery in poor-prognosis lung cancer patients. Techniques to be employed include CITE-seq, RNA-seq, and Ribo-seq, alongside analysis in cellular models, syngeneic mouse models, and lung cancer patient cohorts.
