Eligibility/Qualification:

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyzing data collected from developing neurons in vitro, including single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, high-content imaging, and smFISH.
- Integrating multimodal single-cell and spatial data.
- Inferring gene regulatory networks, developmental trajectories, and cell-state dynamics.
- Supervising students and staff in experimental design and data analysis.
- Writing research articles and funding applications.
The position involves collaboration with the Kilpinen group (FIMM) and the Kim group at DANDRITE, Aarhus University, including short research visits between the institutions.
