Postdoctoral Researcher in Targeted Protein Degradation: Applications are invited for a postdoctoral researcher in targeted protein degradation at the Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology at RWTH Aachen University. The successful candidate will work on the development of strategies for targeted protein degradation to study ubiquitination mechanisms regulating immune signaling.

Eligibility/Qualification:
PhD (full award) in protein biochemistry with expertise in protein-protein interaction analysis, enzyme activity assays, protein purification, synthetic biology, mass-spectrometry and/or organic synthesis. Excellent English and enthusiasm for science are required.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will use a multidisciplinary approach combining protein biochemistry and organic chemistry to develop PROTAC in plants. The candidate will be part of a stimulating and supportive scientific environment in a multidisciplinary and international research group, and will have access to state-of-the-art equipment.
