Eligibility/Qualification:
Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Established research record, evidenced by publications and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates do not need to have expertise spanning both positions.
Job Description:
- 50%: Conduct research to enhance technical skills in water, stormwater, and wastewater infrastructure systems; participate in complex research projects under supervision.
- 30%: Prepare technical reports, journal papers, and documentation for publication.
- 10%: Assist in developing and submitting proposals for external funding.
- 10%: Mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
Additional responsibilities include leveraging computational workflows for model validation and working on data collection efforts related to community resilience and contaminants of emerging concern.
