We are seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to conduct groundbreaking research on multiscale magnetic resonance methods related to aqueous transport and diffusion in innovative water-driven materials.

Multiscale Magnetic Resonance Methods for the Study of Aqueous Transport and Diffusion in Water-Driven Materials

Location:

Hamburg University of Technology, Hamburg, Germany

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Completed or nearly completed PhD in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, process engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with magnetic resonance and a strong publication record.
  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level according to CEFR); German is not mandatory.
  • Curiosity and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and conduct scientific research projects focusing on magnetic resonance in porous media, flow MRI, and diffusion MRI.
  • Design and build radiofrequency MRI coils.
  • Supervise PhD and master’s students and potentially lead a research group.
  • Publish research findings and present at scientific conferences.
