Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. degree or equivalent in chemistry, chemical biology, drug discovery, or a related field.
- Experience with wet-lab experiments in a biochemistry or proteomics laboratory.
- Experience with running mass spectrometry-based proteomic experiments.
- Experience with data analysis of mass spectrometry-based proteomic experiments.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Strong team player with a passion for contributing to an excellent and dynamic research team.
Job Description: In this role, you will be part of the Oncode-Accelerator consortium, focusing on drug discovery projects with applications in cancer and other diseases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and establishing new mass spectrometric methods.
- Developing and establishing new workflows for chemoproteomic experiments.
- Operating and maintaining high-end proteomics mass spectrometers (Qexactive HF, timsTOF HT).
- Establishing data analysis workflows for chemoproteomic experiments.
- Contributing to drug discovery projects within Oncode Accelerator.
- Supervising undergraduate and Ph.D. students.
- Presenting research results in internal and external meetings.
- Publishing research results in peer-reviewed journals.
