🎓 Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology, Genetics, Bioengineering, or closely related fields
  • At least 5 years of post-graduate experimental research experience
  • Expertise in gene editing, iPSC culture, molecular biology, and genomics
  • Experience with CRISPR/Cas9, RNA interference, transfection techniques, and 3D cell culture models
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project planning skills
  • Background in mechanobiology, immunology, or neurobiology is an advantage

📝 Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Culture and genetically manipulate various stem and primary cells
  • Develop 3D human iPSC-derived organoids and tendon-on-chip models
  • Integrate imaging, genomic, and proteomic data to study mechanobiology
  • Design experiments, analyze data, and publish results
  • Mentor graduate students and assist in setting up the new lab
  • Participate in grant writing and collaborative research projects
  • Present findings at international conferences and contribute to scientific outreach
