Job Description
As a postdoctoral researcher, your primary tasks will be to:
- Develop calibration and bias correction methods for bio-logging data collected from migrating white storks.
- Test and develop tracking devices capable of obtaining calibrated measurements of ambient temperature, air pressure, and wind from the surrounding environment of free-living white storks.
- Collaborate closely with scientists at the Max Planck Institute of Animal Behavior and the German Meteorological Service.
- Contribute to publications and present findings at international conferences.
