Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in chemistry, materials science, or a related field
- Experience in the synthesis, purification, and characterization (spectroscopy/electrochemistry) of conjugated molecules/polymers
- Knowledge of organic electronics and experience in preparing and measuring OSCs and OFETs (preferred)
- Strong research skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Description:
Postdoctoral Researcher Position Funded by the ANR PhotoSynth
The selected Postdoctoral Researcher will:
- Develop a light-driven polymerization/poly-cycization methodology for the synthesis of conjugated semiconducting polymers
- Characterize the optical, electronic, and structural properties of the synthesized materials
- Test the best candidates as active components in organic electronics devices, particularly OFETs and OSCs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to ongoing research projects
- Publish research findings in reputable scientific journals
- Present research results at conferences and workshops
