SuPostdoctoral Researcher Positions: The University of Valladolid (UVa) is seeking highly motivated postdoctoral researchers for 10 positions linked to research projects funded by the FEDER co-financed Research Support Program. These are 3-year contracts offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research. One position is reserved for candidates with a disability equal to or greater than 33 percent.

Job Description:

Postdoctoral researchers will contribute to the execution of specific research projects. The work will be carried out at a UVa center and department/institute, linked to the relevant research project. Researchers will be affiliated with the teaching unit of the principal investigator (IP) of the corresponding project. The work adheres to the Code of Good Practices in Research (approved by the Governing Council on January 31, 2013), and the European Commission Recommendation (2005/251/EC) on the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. A standard work week of 37.5 hours will be required, with specific hours to be confirmed upon contract signing. Daily work hours must be recorded. Up to 100 hours of complementary teaching related to the research may be undertaken at the researcher’s request and with prior agreement. Contracts are incompatible with other employment.
