Job Description: The postdoctoral researcher will be responsible for conducting research tasks within the Beethoven Classic project. The key areas of focus include hydrosilylation of unsaturated carbon-carbon and carbon-heteroatom bonds, development of new catalytic systems, immobilization of catalysts, and carrying out catalytic tests using different solvents and systems. The researcher will also participate in phase behavior studies, characterization of products, and the synthesis of novel organosilicon compounds. The position is research-oriented with no teaching duties, except for student supervision.
