Eligibility/Qualification
- Completed Diploma or Master’s degree in the life sciences
- Completed PhD in a relevant field
- Demonstrated expertise in neuronal cell culture models, fluorescence microscopy, electrophysiology, and synaptic function
- Basic knowledge of molecular biology, immunohistochemical methods, bioinformatics, and statistics
- International research experience and strong enthusiasm for scientific research
- Interest in teaching physiology and supervising students
- Independent, reliable working style, strong team skills, and an open professional demeanor
Job Description
- Conduct and contribute to research projects focused on synaptic functions and calcium channels.
- Teach physiology for medical students (instruction in English) and participate in administrative tasks.
- Acquire, execute, and lead third-party funded research projects.
- Supervise Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD students.
- Coordinate and organize the research group.
- Participate in national and international scientific conferences.
