Job Description

The successful candidate will work to characterize interactions between transcription and splicing machineries. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research to understand co-transcriptional spliceosome assembly.
  • Developing and applying a range of techniques to meet research objectives.
  • Presenting findings at seminars and external meetings.
  • Contributing to laboratory discussions and drafting scientific papers.
  • Engaging in public outreach regarding scientific findings.
  • Training and mentoring PhD students and other group members.
