Location: Biomedical Campus Can Ruti, Barcelona
Eligibility/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, microbiology, or equivalent
- Master’s degree in immunology or equivalent
- PhD in Immunology or equivalent
- Experience in cellular and molecular biology, flow cytometry, immunology, and working with animal models for research
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan
- Competitive CV and good organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- High motivation and orientation towards a scientific career
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be involved in a range of activities related to the research project, including but not limited to:
- Protein production and purification
- ELISA, Western Blot, Flow cytometry, and neutralization assays
- Immunogenicity and efficacy studies in animal models
- Writing of scientific publications, grants, and scientific reports
- Presenting data at meetings and symposia
- Maintaining detailed documentation of experimental work
- Supervising students at the laboratory
- Participating in formative activities
- Staying updated on research project-related literature and advances
