Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Chemistry, Catalysis, or a related field

- Experience in catalyst design and optimization

- Good command of English (German proficiency not required)
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Develop novel photocatalyst platforms for overall water splitting
- Work on molecular, conjugated polymer, or heterogeneous inorganic catalysts
- Identify and optimize catalysts capable of efficient multi-wavelength solar energy utilization
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on process development, techno-economic analysis, and life-cycle assessment
- Contribute to the mission of creating applicable systems for green hydrogen and solar fuels production
