Job Description
The selected candidates will join the Liesz-Laboratory to investigate how sterile injuries like stroke affect systemic immunity. The research will involve:
- Profile Track 1: Computational Epigenomics / Multi-Omics Data Integration
- Focus on bioinformatics, computational biology, or epigenomics.
- Experience desired in single-cell and spatial omics analysis, epigenomic data processing, and machine learning approaches.
- Profile Track 2: Experimental Immunology / Bone Marrow Biology / Trained Immunity
- Experience with myeloid cell biology, trained immunity, and murine models of injury.
- Familiarity with flow cytometry, cell sorting, and various immunological assays.
