Job Description

The selected candidates will join the Liesz-Laboratory to investigate how sterile injuries like stroke affect systemic immunity. The research will involve:

  • Profile Track 1: Computational Epigenomics / Multi-Omics Data Integration
  • Focus on bioinformatics, computational biology, or epigenomics.
  • Experience desired in single-cell and spatial omics analysis, epigenomic data processing, and machine learning approaches.
  • Profile Track 2: Experimental Immunology / Bone Marrow Biology / Trained Immunity
  • Experience with myeloid cell biology, trained immunity, and murine models of injury.
  • Familiarity with flow cytometry, cell sorting, and various immunological assays.
