Postdoctoral Scholar at University of Georgia, United States

Post-Doctoral Fellowship Position at USA, Ozbolat Laboratory at Penn State

Postdoctoral Scholar at University of Georgia: The Schmitz Lab at the University of Georgia is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral scholar to join their team and contribute to the study of cis-regulatory element biology in plant genomes. The lab focuses on utilizing single-cell genomics, spatial omics, and innovative genetic screens to identify, characterize, and engineer cis-regulatory elements within and across plant species. The ideal candidate will have experience in computational biology, evolutionary genomics, single-cell biology, or plant molecular biology. The position offers an exciting opportunity to explore the intersection of genetic variation, cis-regulatory elements, and phenotypic variation.
