Job Description:
- Conduct research in the field of Mycobacterium tuberculosis metabolism and antibiotic resistance.
- Collaborate with the principal investigator, Dr. Hyungin Eoh, and other team members.
- Utilize techniques such as metabolomics, multiomics integration, murine infection models, CRISPR/Cas, FACS-mediated manipulations, and mouse profiling.
- Work on topics including the interaction of Mycobacterium tuberculosis with antibiotics and the development of potent regimens to treat multidrug-resistant tuberculosis infection.
- Previous experience with metabolomics, multiomics integration, and murine infection models would be beneficial.
