Eligibility/Qualifications:
- PhD in bioinformatics, computational genomics, or related field
- Experience in genomic, epigenomic, and transcriptomic data analysis

- Experience with single-cell genomics analysis
- Advantageous to have experience with long read sequencing
Job Description:
The selected candidate will investigate ploidy variation implications on gene and transcript expression during cellular differentiation in both in-vitro and in-vivo models using short and long read sequencing single-cell data. They will develop computational pipelines for handling and integrating single-cell data, collaborate with internal and external research groups, and contribute to the development of single-cell genomic approaches at the Earlham Institute.
