Eligibility/Qualification:
- Completion or near completion of a PhD in the discipline area
- Demonstrated research achievements including publications in reputable journals and conference presentations
- Experience in securing external research funding is advantageous
- Involvement in internal service roles and external activities is desirable
Job Description:
- Conduct research as agreed with the supervisor in the field of structural biology and structure-guided inhibitor design.
- Produce high-quality research outputs including scholarly papers and conference presentations.
- Collaborate with colleagues on joint research projects and funding applications.
- Assist in translating research findings into real-world applications and commercializing intellectual property.
- Develop a research program and profile, utilizing best practice research methodologies.
- Play a role in supervising Honours and Higher Degree by Research students.
