Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Expertise in next-generation sequencing data analysis (single-cell and spatial sequencing).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with large-scale data analysis, visualization, and integration.
- Proficiency in either Python or R for scripting, as well as database development and maintenance.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with researchers to analyze single-cell, multi-omics data related to ALS and FTD, focusing on the role of blood vessels. Responsibilities include:
- Data analysis and visualization of large-scale omics data.
- Development of new computational methods for data processing.
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and participation in research projects.
- Driving independent projects to solve fundamental biological questions.
