Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Neuroscience, or a related field.
  • Expertise in next-generation sequencing data analysis (single-cell and spatial sequencing).
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with large-scale data analysis, visualization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in either Python or R for scripting, as well as database development and maintenance.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with researchers to analyze single-cell, multi-omics data related to ALS and FTD, focusing on the role of blood vessels. Responsibilities include:

  • Data analysis and visualization of large-scale omics data.
  • Development of new computational methods for data processing.
  • Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and participation in research projects.
  • Driving independent projects to solve fundamental biological questions.
