Postdoctoral Teaching Fellowship – Department of Chemistry/Biochemistry

Eligibility/Qualification: Applicants must have a Ph.D. and demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate education. Candidates with a background in asymmetric synthesis and/or catalysis are encouraged to apply. U.S. citizenship is not specified as a requirement.

Job Description: The successful candidate will conduct research under the supervision of Dr. Seann P. Mulcahy, focusing on developing new asymmetric methods for the synthesis of atropisomeric heterocycles. Additionally, they will mentor undergraduates in research activities, teach 1-2 courses per semester in organic chemistry or related areas, and participate in professional development activities.
