Job Description
Under the leadership of Dr. Andrea Scarpino, the Postdoctoral Training Fellow will:
- Support and accelerate drug discovery projects.
- Apply innovative computational chemistry methods.
- Collaborate closely with in-house experts in various fields, including chemistry, biology, biological assays, structural chemistry, structural biology, DMPK, and bioinformatics.
- Engage in projects spanning all stages of drug discovery, from early target validation and chemical hit finding to lead optimization and candidate selection.
Key Requirements
- PhD in Computational Chemistry or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with computational chemistry methods.
- Compliance with the ICR’s workforce agreement for Postdoctoral Training Fellows, which limits employment duration to a maximum of 7 years at ICR and total postdoctoral experience to 10 years.
