Eligibility/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, etc.)
- Master’s degree in biological subjects
- Proficiency in basic molecular techniques
- Experience in pluripotent stem cell culture and CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Job Description:
As a Predoctoral Researcher, your responsibilities will include:
- Culturing pluripotent stem cells and 3D bone marrow organoids
- Conducting CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing in pluripotent stem cells and hematopoietic stem cells
- Performing OMICs analysis (RNA-seq and ATAC-seq analysis) and flow cytometry
- Participating in group meetings, scientific discussions, and career development activities
- Engaging in outreach and soft skill training
