The candidate should have expertise in identifying key genes and regulatory networks to implement both classical and modern breeding strategies.
Job Description
- Develop a research program focused on molecular crop improvement.
- Secure third-party funding from various sources.
- Conduct teaching in the bachelor’s and master’s programs in “Biosciences” and “Biotechnology.”
- Carry out academic administrative tasks independently.
- Lead an independent research group.
Eligibility/Qualification
- Must hold a University degree and a doctoral qualification.
- Proven experience in university teaching.
- Documented management competence in research leadership.
- A visible publication record in relevant areas.
- Experience in securing research funding from commercial and public sources.
