Project Manager Position at IDAEA: The Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDAEA-CSIC) is seeking a Fundraising Project Manager to enhance research potential by attracting European and international competitive funding. The successful candidate will support Principal Investigators in project proposal preparation and manage innovation and knowledge transfer initiatives.

Eligibility / Qualification
- Educational Background: Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, Pharmacy, or Physics.
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years in relevant roles within universities, research centers, private companies, or consultancies.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Spanish and Catalan preferred (other languages are a bonus).
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, creative, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Expanding research activities by attracting national and international public and private funding.
- Conducting detailed analysis of funding frameworks and identifying opportunities aligned with the institute’s research capacities.
- Supporting the proposal development process, including management, compliance, and submission deadlines.
- Establishing collaborations and contacts through participation in events like seminars, workshops, and infodays.
- Implementing and managing databases for follow-up reports and evaluation indicators.
