Eligibility/Qualification–

Principal Scientist / Principal Scientist (Delhi)

Candidates must possess any one of the following:

• Ph.D. in Engineering with 6 years of relevant industrial experience
  OR
• M.Tech./M.E. with 9 years of relevant industrial experience
  OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant industrial experience

Senior Project Engineer

• Ph.D. in Engineering with 3 years of experience
  OR
• M.Tech./M.E. with 7 years of experience
  OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience

Project Scientist

• M.Tech./M.E. with 5 years of experience
  OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience

Associate Project Engineer

• Master’s degree in VLSI/Microelectronics/Computer Science
  OR
• Bachelor’s degree in EC/EE/CS with 3 years of experience

Technical Assistant

• M.Tech./M.E. in Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience
  OR
• B.Tech./B.E. in Engineering or MCA with 5 years of experience

Preference will be given to candidates having skill development or teaching experience.

Lab Assistant

• B.Sc. with minimum 65% marks or 7 CGPA and 3 years of experience
  OR
• Diploma in Engineering & Technology with 65% marks or 7 CGPA and preferably 5 years of experience

Lab Attendant

• High school pass with minimum 4 years of experience

Job/Position Description- 

Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati has invited applications for multiple contractual positions under the research project titled “Design and Development of AI/ML Co-Processor and Post Quantum Cryptography Co-Processor (An Initiative towards Electronics System Design and Manufacturing in North-East Region)” in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering.

The project aims to strengthen semiconductor and electronics innovation in the North-East region of India.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the Hybrid (Online/Offline) interview conducted by the selection committee.
