Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Structural/Design/Mechanical Engineering background (1st or high 2:1 degree)
  • Interest in earthquake engineering
  • Experience building AI models and Machine Learning tools
  • Experience in finite element analysis
  • Experience (or keen interest) in conducting experiments
  • Interest in automation and digitalization

Job Description:

  • Formulating Finite Element models
  • Creating and training AI networks
  • Testing prototypes in advanced manufacturing facilities
  • Conducting destructive testing to evaluate design performance
