Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in deep learning and/or experience with modalities such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in Deep Learning Frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment.
- High motivation and proactive behavior.
Job Description
- Conduct research in the Observational AI Research Lab focusing on:
- Combining and fusing different modalities.
- Perception, reasoning, and knowledge integration.
- Developing algorithms for modular AI systems that can adapt to various tasks and learn from minimal data.
- Engage in discussions to identify supervising professors during the first year, with specific dissertation topics determined by the second year.
- Collaborate across various research labs within the Cluster of Excellence.
