Eligibility/Qualification
- Excellent University Science Degree (Master/Diploma) in Computer Science or a related field (degree must be completed by the start date)
- Extensive experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch
- Proficiency in Python programming (knowledge of C/C++ and CUDA/OpenGL is advantageous)
- Prior experience and submitted publications in AI-based rendering and 3D modeling of faces and bodies is a plus
- Proficient in English (spoken/written); German language skills are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate within a team
Job Description
The selected candidate will contribute to the research group on 3D Graphics & Vision by:
- Conducting research on the dissertation topic
- Developing solutions/ideas and estimating approach performance
- Implementing prototypes and recording/collecting data
- Writing research reports and publications
- Participating in seminars and conferences
- Documenting the ERC Project
- Engaging in teaching activities, including the preparation of lecture materials and supervision of students
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to research and teaching
