Eligibility/Qualification

  • Excellent University Science Degree (Master/Diploma) in Computer Science or a related field (degree must be completed by the start date)
  • Extensive experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch
  • Proficiency in Python programming (knowledge of C/C++ and CUDA/OpenGL is advantageous)
  • Prior experience and submitted publications in AI-based rendering and 3D modeling of faces and bodies is a plus
  • Proficient in English (spoken/written); German language skills are an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate within a team

Job Description

The selected candidate will contribute to the research group on 3D Graphics & Vision by:

  • Conducting research on the dissertation topic
  • Developing solutions/ideas and estimating approach performance
  • Implementing prototypes and recording/collecting data
  • Writing research reports and publications
  • Participating in seminars and conferences
  • Documenting the ERC Project
  • Engaging in teaching activities, including the preparation of lecture materials and supervision of students
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to research and teaching
