Eligibility/Qualification:
- Completed scientific university degree (diploma, master’s, or comparable) and a PhD in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field
- Enthusiasm for excellent scientific research and sustainable technologies
- Independence, initiative, sense of responsibility, creativity, curiosity, ability to work in a team
- Experience in the production of perovskite solar cells; experience in perovskite-based tandem solar cells is an advantage
- Experience in the supervision of theses is an advantage
- Disposition for independent scientific qualification
Job Description: The Research Assistant will be responsible for:
- Research in the field of perovskite-based tandem solar cells, focusing on manufacturing processes and investigating interface effects
- Development of laboratory infrastructure
- Support in project acquisition, with increasing independence in acquiring third-party funds
- Publication of scientific results at international conferences and in peer-reviewed journals
- Participation in teaching, particularly in the “Physics of Green Technologies” degree program
