Eligibility/Qualification
- Completed degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science (or equivalent)
- Doctorate (PhD) in one of the above fields with good to very good results
- Strong research experience in:
- Deposition and characterization of low-dimensional nanomaterials
- Ideally, experience with aerosol jet printing or related technologies
- Additional advantages:
- Knowledge in surface acoustic waves (SAW)
- Experience in applying for third-party funding/grants
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Job Description
- Research in deposition of nanomaterials using IFW’s proprietary aerosol printing technology
- Preparation of printable nanomaterial dispersions
- Spectroscopic, microscopic, and structural characterization of deposited nanomaterial layers
- Process optimization to maintain optical, structural, and electronic properties of nanomaterials
