Eligibility / Qualification

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Master’s or Doctoral degree from a Top 100 institution in a relevant discipline
  2. Academic background in Civil Engineering Materials, Cement Chemistry, or related fields
  3. Strong research experience in rheology, UHPC, or 3D printed concrete
  4. Postdoctoral applicants must have at least 3 SCI publications as first author
  5. High standards of scientific integrity, reliability, and research ethics
  6. Proven ability to lead research tasks and deliver high-impact research outcomes

Job Description

  • Conduct independent research on UHPC and 3D printing construction
  • Design and execute experiments related to concrete materials and rheology
  • Publish research findings in high-impact SCI journals
  • Collaborate with the research team under the RTH-ITF scheme
  • Contribute to innovation and knowledge transfer in advanced construction materials

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to HK$18,000/month for candidates with a Master’s degree
  • Up to HK$35,000/month for candidates with a Doctoral degree
  • Maximum engagement period: 18 months (generally)
